Provider-Specific Terms

Hullara's apps are licensed under the **Bonterms Standard End User Agreement** as adopted through the Atlassian Marketplace. These Provider-Specific Terms add the details that the Standard Agreement leaves to the provider — support, security and data handling. They do not replace it.

What governs your use of the apps

Your right to use a Hullara app comes from the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, which Hullara has adopted for every app it lists on the Atlassian Marketplace. Purchase, billing and renewal are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.

This page is the “Provider-Specific Terms” the Standard Agreement refers to. Where the Standard Agreement leaves something to the provider, the answer is here. Where this page is silent, the Standard Agreement applies unchanged — including its governing-law default, which Hullara does not override.

Apps covered

These terms apply to every app published by Hullara on the Atlassian Marketplace:

  • Dwell — Time in status, cycle & lead time — computed in-tenant, with median & p85.
  • Dwell Free — Time in status and lead time on every Jira issue — free, in-tenant, no setup.
  • Pact — SLAs on plain Jira Software in 5 minutes — with reliable breach emails.
  • Warden — See the page restrictions Confluence won't show you — inventoried, red-flagged, exportable.

Support policy

Support is provided by email at [email protected], in English, for every customer including those on the free tier. There is no separate paid support contract and no additional support fee.

Hullara is a small independent publisher and answers on a best-effort basis; no response time or uptime commitment is offered, and none should be inferred. When reporting a problem, include the app name, the Atlassian site, and what you saw — that is usually enough to reproduce it.

Security measures

Every Hullara app is an Atlassian Forge app in the Runs on Atlassian program. It executes inside your own Atlassian cloud environment and declares no external permissions and no web triggers, so there is no code path by which your data can leave your Atlassian tenant. The apps therefore inherit Atlassian's platform security controls, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001, and Atlassian's data-residency options.

Each app requests the narrowest scopes its features need, and those scopes are shown to an administrator on the install screen before installation is approved. Warden requests read-only scopes only, and so cannot modify anything it audits.

Hullara never receives your data. Because the apps run in-tenant with no egress, Hullara operates no servers that hold customer data, and there is nothing for Hullara to breach, sell, or hand over. This is a property of how the apps are built, not a promise about how they are operated.

Data protection

What each app reads and stores is set out in its privacy policy, linked from its Marketplace listing. In summary: apps read only what their declared scopes allow, store derived data in Atlassian-hosted Forge storage inside your tenant, and copy nothing outside Atlassian. Uninstalling an app removes its stored data from your environment.

Hullara engages no sub-processors. Atlassian hosts the apps as part of its own platform; there is no third party in the chain.

Ordering, billing and refunds

Hullara apps are sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles ordering, invoicing, payment, renewal and refunds under its own policies; Hullara does not process payments and does not hold payment details.

Every Hullara app is free for instances of up to 10 users. Above that, the paid features listed on each app's Marketplace page require an active licence or trial.

Acceptable use

Use the apps for their intended purpose within your own Atlassian instance. Do not attempt to circumvent licensing checks, resell access, or use an app to process data you are not authorised to access in Atlassian — the apps resolve permissions through Atlassian, so doing so would in any case fail.

Changes to these terms

Hullara may update this page; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Changes apply to the version of an app published after the change.
